Acoustic Sessions Vol. 1

I just love an “acoustic” format… for me just a voice and a guitar, or voice and a piano/keys. For me… this is how the song starts. At the piano or with the acoustic (J45 as of late). What I love about it is that any producer from any genre could come and make it their own… it’s open format, open for any interpretation the listener wants. Bongos…more cowbell, etc. The other thing I love about acoustic versions of these songs is the vulnerability. There is no hiding behind anything. You can hear every detail of the voice and guitar together. So it allows the listener a chance to hear the song at its root. This is Volume 1 which includes a cover of one of my favorite artists Bob Seger.  Looking forward to many more volumes.
